Al Castle is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and security across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Security at Nerdy, Al has significantly expanded the engineering scope for customer acquisition and security since July 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Software Engineering at West Corporation, where Al integrated multiple engineering teams post-acquisition of Flowroute, and VP Engineering at Flowroute, where Al led product and engineering teams to facilitate the company's acquisition.
