Keith Munson

Keith Munson is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Consumer Operations at Nerdy, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Amazon from February 2017 to August 2025, advancing through various titles including Sr. Manager of Middle Mile Central Operations and Operations Manager. In 2020, Keith briefly held the role of Manager of Network Business Operations at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and served as Sr. Manager of Operations and Logistics at Joymode from June 2019 to February 2020. Keith holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from American Military University.
