Rian Schilligo

Rian Schilligo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2012, Rian worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant until 2014.

In 2014, Rian joined Caleres, Inc. and held various positions. Rian started as a Specialist in Talent Management and gradually progressed to roles such as Manager and Senior Manager in Talent Management. Rian also served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships and Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnerships. Notably, Rian acted as an Interim HRBP Director for the CFO and their Finance, Real Estate & Internal Audit Divisions in the summer of 2020. Rian was involved in leading change management initiatives, including the implementation of Ceridian Dayforce.

In 2023, Rian joined Nerdy as the Chief People Officer. Rian assumed this role in both Nerdy and its subsidiary, Varsity Tutors.

Rian Schilligo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University.
