Thomas L. is a seasoned corporate legal professional with extensive experience advising boards and senior management of publicly-held companies on securities laws and corporate governance. They recently served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Nerdy and previously held key roles including Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MGP Ingredients, Inc., where they contributed to significant legal and governance matters. Prior to their in-house positions, Thomas spent nearly two decades at prominent law firms, including as a Partner at Stinson LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. Thomas earned their J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy at The University of Kansas.
