Nereus is a boutique executive search firm focused on building leadership teams for the next generation of energy, climate, and technology companies, as well as selected investment banks.

We partner with VC & PE-backed businesses, founders, and investors across Europe to hire talent that drives real operational and commercial impact - from first key hires to senior leadership and C-level roles.

Our focus lies at the intersection of Energy, ClimateTech, FinTech, and Financial Services, where we combine deep market understanding with a highly targeted, hands-on search approach.

What differentiates us:

- Strong access to high-impact talent in early-stage and scaling environments

- Deep understanding of commercial, product, and operational leadership roles

- Advisory-style partnerships with founders, investors, and management teams

- High-quality execution with a strong focus on speed, precision, and fit

We don’t just fill roles - we help build companies.
