Lee Bothma

Lee Bothma is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in strategic sales management and business development. Currently serving as Group Head and Group General Manager of Sales at Nerospec since February 2021, responsibilities include overseeing all sales-related activities, driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining client relationships. Prior to this role, Lee held various positions at MICROMINE from December 2011 to February 2021, including Sales Manager for Africa and Senior Business Development Manager, contributing significantly to regional growth and expansion in the mining software sector. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineer in IT and Hardware Solutions at Toshiba from January 2003 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from IMM Graduate School and specialized training in Conceptual and Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group.
