Steve Leak joined the NERSC User Engagement team in 2016 with an interest in application performance and in the user experience of the HPC systems, including support, documentation, and the batch system. His history includes batch system and user support for HPC at New York University, scientific application debugging and performance tuning at Australia's CSIRO, and pre-sales benchmarking and tuning for NEC vector supercomputers.
