Jane Greenman

Jane Greenman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jane started their career at ERIC, The ERISA Industry Committee, where they served as a Member and Chair of the Board of Directors from 1997 to 2007. Jane then joined Tyco International as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and Labor Relations, where they played a key role in restoring company credibility and employee motivation. In 2007, they held executive positions at both Barr Pharmaceuticals and PLIVA (member of TEVA Pharmaceuticals), where they led global human resources initiatives and supported business restructuring. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the President and Founder of JFG Global HR Solutions before joining CommVault as the Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources. In 2014, Jane became the President of the National Executive Service Corps, and in 2015, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Employment Practices Group, LLC. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors at NYC Outward Bound Schools from 2000 to 2015. Throughout their career, Jane has demonstrated their expertise in strategic leadership, HR transformation, and talent management.

Jane Greenman attended Cornell University from 1968 to 1972, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Jane then pursued further education at New York University School of Law from 1972 to 1975, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) and Masters of Law (LLM) degree with a specialization in Labor Law.
