Mika Kuronen

Mika Kuronen is a growth and people leader with extensive experience in sales, account management, and business development. Currently, Mika serves as co-owner of Paahde Roasting, where they lead commercial functions focused on sustainable coffee roasting. Previously, Mika held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Selecta Finland, where they achieved significant cultural transformation and growth, and Director of Key Account Sales at Lindström, overseeing a portfolio valued over €60 million. Mika's educational background includes participation in the Lindström Executive Program at Aalto University and obtaining a Diploma in Service Conceptualizing and Marketing from the same institution.
