Melanie Lima

Melanie Lima has diverse work experience in the security industry. Melanie started their career as a Security Officer at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2015 and later worked at G4S as both a Security Officer and an Account Manager from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Head of Security at the Boston Public Library, a role they held until 2020. Melanie then transitioned to an Account Manager position at G4S for a brief period in 2020. In 2021, Melanie worked as a Leasing Professional and an Assistant Property Manager at Panco Management Corporation before joining United Security, Inc. as a Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Security at Northeast Security Inc. starting in 2023.

Melanie Lima pursued their education in criminal justice, earning an Associate's Degree from Quincy College from 2012 to 2015. Melanie furthered their academic journey at UMass Boston, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice from 2015 to 2018.
