Daniel Kramer

Daniel Kramer, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc., where responsibilities include leading the HR function and guiding the Safety & Training Team. Previously held positions include Senior Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager, focusing on HR administration and operations, employee benefits, and special initiatives. Daniel has also contributed as Treasurer and Board Member for Ad Gentes Mission, and as Human Resources Supervisor at JSW Steel USA Ohio Inc., where a lean culture was established during a brownfield restart. Additional experience includes directing student success at Franciscan University of Steubenville and various roles in admissions and student support. Daniel holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
