Dera Arnold

Dera Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the technology and design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Nesnah Ventures since January 2022, Dera previously held key roles at Gensler from May 2007 to January 2022, including Office/Studio Operations Director and Studio Director, where expertise in developing proprietary solutions such as Wisp™ and Observe™ enabled clients to effectively manage real estate portfolios through data-driven decisions. Prior to Gensler, Dera's career included positions at Business Objects and Firstlogic, starting as a Web Developer and progressing to Senior Web Developer and Project Manager. Dera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a minor in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and participated in the Walt Disney World College Program.
