Marcin Klimecki

Marcin Klimecki has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Marcin started their career as a Lawyer at Dr Krystian Ziemski & Partners Kancelaria Prawna Sp. k., where they handled various legal tasks such as contract preparation, negotiation, and court proceedings. Marcin then moved on to Kompania Piwowarska, where they served as a Legal Manager. In this role, they managed a team of lawyers and provided comprehensive legal advisory to different departments within the company. Marcin'sresponsibilities also included preparing and reviewing commercial contracts, conducting legal projects, and handling copyright and industrial property cases. Marcin currently holds leadership positions at Nesperta sp. z o.o. and Pacific.org, where they serve as the General Counsel & Chief of Regulatory Affairs and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, respectively. Additionally, they are the President of the Management Board at Nesperta LAB sp. z o.o.

Marcin Klimecki attended the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) degree in the field of Prawo (Law). Marcin further pursued their education at Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Poznaniu from 2004 to 2008, earning the degree of Radca prawny (attorney-at-law).
