Adam Hops

Adam Hops is a QSSH Specialist with a strong background in Microbiology and Immunology, focusing on food safety and HACCP plan implementation. They have worked internationally, serving as a consultant and auditor in the airline catering industry, and have extensive experience in conducting audits and training in over 40 countries. Currently, Adam supervises the Programme Development and Management department at Medina Quality, where they oversee auditor policy implementation and develop training materials for stakeholders. Previously, they served as a research assistant at McGill Centre for Bioinformatics and held various roles within Medina Quality. Adam holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University and a DEC in Health Science from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
