Joshua Hackett has extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Technical Planner & Data Analyst at BORA since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA from July 2019, progressing through several positions, including Flagship Coffee Expert, where representation of the largest boutique in the Southern Hemisphere took place, aligning with global flagship locations. As a Boutique Coffee Expert, responsibilities included collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance training and product launches, while also facilitating onboarding and developing training materials. Joshua is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Earth & Environmental Sciences at Macquarie University, complemented by a Certificate in Learning Innovation from Politecnico di Milano and a foundational education from QUT and St Andrews Lutheran College.
