Bulei Cosmin is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Junior Partner at Ness Digital Engineering since June 2022, where responsibilities include head hunting for IT specialists, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Previously, Bulei held the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate, focusing on developing talent pipelines, sourcing candidates, and promoting the employer brand. Prior to joining the tech industry, Bulei worked at UniCredit from August 2019 to May 2022 as a Banking Officer and Customer Service Advisor, fostering client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service. Bulei holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
