Cristian Borlovan

Cristian Borlovan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and department management, software engineering, and account management across multiple companies. At Endava, Cristian served as the Head of Department, effectively growing the SW Testing Department to 85 personnel while managing performance, budget, and people development. Previous roles include Account Manager and Project Manager, focusing on stakeholder alignment, project governance, and Agile methodologies. Cristian has also held positions at companies such as Saguaro Print, Ness Digital Engineering, and Continental, where responsibilities spanned software development, team leadership, and overseeing high-value client contracts. Currently, Cristian is a Senior Project Manager at Ness Digital Engineering, leading digital initiatives in a multi-vendor environment.
