Justin B. serves as Vice-President & Corporate Counsel for Ness Digital Engineering, overseeing legal and compliance matters across North America, Asia, and Western Europe. In this role since August 2018, Justin negotiates a wide range of agreements with companies of varying sizes, assesses litigation risks, and offers counsel to senior executives on legal and business affairs. Previously, Justin held the position of Associate Counsel at Charter Communications, managing legal agreements for local news and sports divisions. An experienced professional in commercial contracts, Justin has also served in various legal capacities at Time Warner Cable, Scripps Networks, and as an independent contractor, providing legal counsel and managing contract compliance. Justin holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property from the Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations and Print Journalism from Boston University.
