Punit Pant

Punit Pant is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Ness Technologies since November 2007. Key responsibilities include payroll management, business HR, resource management, rewards and recognition, corporate social responsibility, talent management, and organizing events and activities. Prior to this role, Punit served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Patni Computer Systems from November 2005 to November 2007 and also held various HR roles within the same company during the same timeframe, focusing on business HR and performance appraisals. Earlier career experience includes recruitment and resourcing at L&T Infotech from 2004 to 2006, as well as a brief stint at Ipca Laboratories Limited in 2000-2001.
