Bailey Ness

Bailey Ness is a co-founder of Cooldown since August 2022 and the founder of Nesscessity from May 2020 to present. Previous experience includes serving as Social Media Marketing Manager at Halfdays from June 2020 to March 2023, and at Gold Hinge Boutique from January 2019 to March 2020. Bailey has also worked as an Online Fashion Stylist at Allume, a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University, and a Sales Associate at Topo Designs. Additional roles include a Stylist Intern at Rent The Runway and a member of the National Retail Federation. Bailey earned a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in Design and Merchandising from Colorado State University.
