We are a general contractor based in Como, operating since 1926.

For nearly a century, we have delivered complex, high-value construction projects across both public and private sectors, guided by a commitment to construction excellence, technical innovation, and deep respect for the context in which we build.

Our strength lies in reliability, attention to detail, and organisational solidity. We collaborate closely with architects and clients to bring to life architectural works that balance vision with precision—designed to endure and to integrate seamlessly into their surroundings.

Now led by the third and fourth generations of the founding family, we carry forward a culture of craftsmanship rooted in the Lake Como region, with a forward-looking approach and a strong sense of responsibility towards the future of building.

Each project represents an investment in trust and expertise—driven by evolving know-how and a methodology that places lasting relationships and meaningful collaboration at its core.

For us, building means giving shape to what we believe in.
