Rachel Ness

Rachel Ness Eddy serves as the Vice President of Client Relations at Nessit, overseeing the Client Relations and Infrastructure teams since February 2018. In previous roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Rachel held several positions including Senior Consultant, where expertise in change management was utilized during team acquisitions and organizational realignments. As an Associate Consultant, Rachel developed and executed innovative events, such as Dev Days for the development community, and launched an internal podcast series. Rachel's earlier experience includes leadership as the Executive Programming Chair of the Student Government Association at Stonehill College and serving as an Internal Communication Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. in Communication Studies and Psychology from Stonehill College.
