Nest Capital Fund III Ky (“the Fund”) is a private debt fund active in the Nordic region. The Fund and its predecessor funds have total commitments of more than €300 million. 

The funds provide private debt, mainly in the form of senior, unitranche and subordinated debt, to small and medium-sized companies across the Nordic countries. The funds’ investments support leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and expansion projects as well as refinancings and recapitalisations. The funds do not target any specific industries and investment amounts generally range from €5 million to €20 million.
