Nest Collective (the Nest) is a collaborative ecosystem of micro and small tech companies based in downtown Coimbra, PORTUGAL. 


Born from the shared vision of a few creative studios in 2015, the Nest has since evolved into a vibrant community of more than 300 professionals — developers, designers, product thinkers, and digital creatives — working across complementary disciplines, serving more than 100 customers and generating revenues of 10M€/year.


At its core, Nest offers a new model for tech collaboration: a decentralized, trust-based collective where each company retains full independence but works in proximity to others with shared values, mutual respect, and a culture of knowledge exchange. 


The goal? To create an environment where small, specialized teams can punch above their weight — combining forces to take on larger, more complex projects and to innovate beyond their individual capacities.
