Haley Daugherty

Haley Daugherty is a dedicated professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Research and Data Associate at Nest, where the focus is on advancing global workforce inclusivity, gender equity, and cultural preservation within the craft sector. Previously, Haley has held the position of Nonprofit Manager at the Community Programs Accelerator at the University of Chicago, responsible for enhancing organizational growth through capacity-building resources and best practices. Prior roles include Field Supervisor at MAPSCorps and Policy Analyst for the City of Detroit. Haley Daugherty holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Alma College.
