Markus Kari

Markus Kari is the Head of Porvoo ISBL & TA at Neste Oyj, where they oversee investment project deliveries valued at approximately 200-250M€ across multiple project portfolios. With experience that includes roles as Project Portfolio Manager and Manager Project Management, they lead teams focused on successful project execution within the Porvoo refinery's ISBL area. Markus has previously held positions at Sweco, including Deputy Department Manager and Specialist, contributing to power plant engineering and project management. They hold a Master of Science in Energy Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology and have international experience as an exchange student at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.
