Sing Ee

Sing Ee is an experienced cost management professional with a robust background in turnaround (TA) and project cost control. Currently serving as a TA Cost Controller at Neste since February 2021, Sing Ee specializes in defining cost estimates, developing reporting plans, and establishing data storage techniques for accurate forecasting. Prior to this role, Sing Ee worked as a Cost Engineer at Shell from March 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included implementing cost management processes, ensuring accurate expense classification, and collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, Sing Ee gained valuable experience as a Project Cost Control Coordinator at Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd between November 2009 and November 2013, focusing on budget management and monitoring project expenditures. Sing Ee holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
