Sonja Kouva

Sonja Kouva has extensive experience in catalytic reactions and materials, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Neste since October 2015, where responsibilities include catalyst and process development. Prior to this role, Kouva held positions as an Associate and Researcher at Neste, contributing to advancements in catalytic processes. Academic background includes a Doctor of Science (Tech.) in Chemical Technology from Aalto University, where doctoral research was focused on heterogeneous catalysis and surface interactions on catalytic oxide materials, employing techniques such as temperature-programmed desorption and infrared spectroscopy.
