Vikas Kadhane

Vikas Kadhane is a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently employed at Neste since March 2023. Prior to this role, Vikas worked at NAM BV Assen and Shell, where responsibilities included on-site inspections of process units, conducting safeguarding reviews, and performing equipment risk and safety analyses. Vikas also held positions at Jacobs Engineering, Chiyoda Almana Engineering LLC, and Ingenero, focusing on process simulation, preparation of technical documentation, and development of process diagrams. Vikas began a career as a Trainee Process Engineer at Chempro after earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2007.
