Karl Holub

Karl Holub is the current CTO and co-founder at Nested Knowledge. Karl was previously a Senior Data Scientist at TripAdvisor from June 2016 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were an intern at Dell Compellent from May 2014 to August 2015 where they worked on text datasets that were terabytes in size. Karl also produced a distributed ingestion engine to parse and store server logs reporting the condition of customers' servers. In addition, they provided a web front-end for querying the datasets.

Karl Holub also has experience as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Minnesota from September 2015 to December 2015.

Karl Holub received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Karl also received a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. Karl is certified by Amazon Web Services in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
