We’re Nestia Stays, a Husband-and-Wife team based in Middlesbrough.

We run a serviced accommodation and holiday let management business, specialising in direct, long-term bookings from business workers, corporate workers, and holiday makers visiting the area.

Transparent reporting, reliable communication, and no hidden fees are our core principles. Every landlord is treat as a valued partner, not just a number.

We manage your property fully, secure direct bookings from business workers, corporate workers, and holiday makers, and handle every detail so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Having managed our own serviced accommodation, after being burnt by another company, we know first-hand the challenges you’re facing, and have built our management services with this in mind.

From day one, you’ll have full visibility with shared calendars, regular reports, and open communication - so you’re always informed and in control.

With 24/7 direct WhatsApp access to both Victoria and James, you experience a management service that’s reliable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. So you can enjoy the freedom and success of hands-off property ownership.

We give landlords the transparency, confidence, and peace of mind we wished we’d had ourselves.
