Rinaldo Silva

Rinaldo Silva is the Diretor de Operaçōes at Nestlé, bringing extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in dairy, with a career spanning both Brazil and international markets. They began as a production supervisor, progressing to various managerial roles including Gerente de Qualidade and Gerente de Fábrica. Rinaldo's international experience commenced in 2009 with an executive training program at Fonterra in New Zealand, followed by research centers in France and Switzerland. They held the position of Diretor Técnico in multiple regions before returning to Brazil in 2018 to oversee dairy operations. Rinaldo is currently pursuing a degree in Técnico em Leite e Derivados, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
