Andy Birt

Andy Birt is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the proptech and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Nestopa since January 2023, Andy focuses on innovative solutions for property sales to international buyers. As Co-Founder of Net Ventures Limited, established in January 2013, Andy aims to lead proptech and car subscription platforms in high-growth markets. Additionally, Andy holds roles such as Strategic Advisor and Investor at Lazudi Thailand, Co-Founder of Carasti Car Subscriptions, and Director and Investor at Property Webmasters. Previously, Andy co-founded and managed Smart Traffic (now Bigg) from June 2006 to November 2022, expanding it significantly without external funding. Andy also co-founded Dot Property, a digital media company in the ASEAN region, and The Car Buying Group, which was acquired by Aston Barclay in 2018. Andy Birt earned a BA in Public Relations and Media Studies from the University of Exeter between 1998 and 2001.
