Analytics Lead at Net Conversion

RJ Mills is currently a Senior Analyst for Analytics at Net Conversion. Prior to this, RJ was a Digital Marketing Manager for Pearson from January 2017 to December 2021. In this role, RJ managed marketing communications and strategy for Arizona State University’s 200+ online degrees and certificates. From January 2016 to December 2017, RJ was an Associate Digital Planner at Carat where they developed, activated, and optimized targeted digital media campaigns for the JM Smucker Company & Big Heart Pet, supporting such brands as Milk-Bone, Pup-Peroni & Meow Mix. Prior to that, RJ worked as a Digital Planner at Horizon Media from January 2015 to December 2016 where they implemented digital strategy for Spike TV and other clients in the nation’s largest privately owned media agency. RJ began their career in digital advertising as a Digital Advertising Strategist for CBS Corporation from January 2014 to December 2015. They started their professional journey as a Digital Development Intern for Comedy Central from January 2012 to December 2012.

RJ Mills is a graduate of Georgetown University's Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications program and the University of Florida's Bachelor of Science Telecommunication Management program.
