Leyla Ustun

Leyla Ustun is a second-year Bachelor of Science student in Commerce at the University of Virginia, with a diverse range of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and analysis. Leyla founded Sweet Jars for Good in May 2023, successfully raising over $1,400 for Türkiye earthquake relief by designing an e-commerce website and conducting a marketing campaign. Leyla's roles at Smart Woman Securities include Marketing Committee Member, Global Macroeconomic Analyst, and Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, Leyla serves as the Director of Scholastic Development and Vice President of the Business Ethics Society, while also working as an ESG Analyst at Net Impact and a Barista at Corner Juice. Leyla's marketing expertise is further expanded through the position of Marketing Assistant at Aspiro Consulting Group, LLC. Prior educational experiences include attending Flint Hill School and studying French Studies at College International de Cannes.
