Suzanne Fallender

Board Member at Net Impact

With more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate responsibility and sustainable investing, Suzanne currently leads Intel’s global corporate responsibility office and is responsible for the development and integration of corporate responsibility and human rights strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and transparency and reporting. Suzanne leads a team of experienced professionals who work with groups across the company in the areas of environmental sustainability, supply chain responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and social impact to develop company policies, long-term goals, and new opportunities to apply Intel’s technology to address social and environmental challenges in order to create both positive societal impact and business value.

She also works closely with Intel’s investor relations and corporate governance teams to drive Intel’s integrated outreach and reporting strategies with investors on governance and corporate responsibility issues. During her time at Intel, Suzanne has held a number of corporate responsibility-related roles, including leading Intel’s global social impact programs to empower girls and women through education and technology.

Prior to Intel, Suzanne served as Vice President at Institutional Shareholder Services where she headed up the firm’s socially responsible investing division. Suzanne holds an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a double major in Political Science and Music. She speaks regularly at leading corporate responsibility and sustainability forums and has served on a number of industry advisory boards over the past decade and prior to joining the Net Impact Board, served for many years on the Net Impact Advisory Council.
