Aman Arora

Aman Arora has several years of experience in the workforce solutions industry. Aman began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Aegis Tech, where they handled the end-to-end recruitment process for positions ranging from junior to senior level. Aman then joined FCS Software Solutions Ltd as a Senior IT Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruitment of contract and direct IT candidates. Aman later worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting, Inc, and as a Team Lead Recruitment at Next Level Business Services, Inc, where they managed and trained a team of recruiters. Currently, Aman holds the position of Vice President-Enterprise Business at Net2Source Inc., where they started as an Account Manager and later became an Assistant Vice President-Enterprise Business. In their current role, they are responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and providing unmatched workforce solutions.

Aman Arora attended Uttarakhand Technical University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in the field of Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
