Ashish Garg

Ashish Garg is the Founder and CEO of Net2Source Inc., a global workforce solutions company. He started his entrepreneurial journey when he was a few days away from turning 17. He started his Staffing Journey for a US-based staffing firm where he was hired to start, manage and build an offshore recruitment delivery center, initially Ashish’s role and assignment was to manage Finance and provide business support to operations but due to aptitude to do something big in life, he got himself involved in all aspects of business and grew the team which started with 4 people in a shared office space to a team of 500+ in just 2 years. In 2007, he wanted to experiment with his new ideas and strategy, and that’s when he founded Net2Source – a business built on relationships and excellence. His Philosophy is just not to be successful but to be significant by bringing a positive change in the lives of millions across the globe.
