Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives including, direct coordination of all implementation tasks involving third party vendors as well as provide site survey and consultation to clients on system implementation; managing and co-coordinating within house & external project stakeholders; supervise a team of highly skillful and motivated staffs and responsible for the smooth & timely project completion; prepares manpower and mobilization planning for the staff; and monitoring project against budget and undertake corrective actions.
