Farran Glasspool has extensive experience in technical support and implementation roles, beginning as a Support Consultant at Brann Software from March 1997 to August 2000. Following this, Farran served as a Support Specialist at Alterian until June 2003 and then transitioned to Upland Software, where responsibilities included both Implementation Consultant and Implementation Lead from July 2003 to June 2013. After this tenure, Farran joined Babcock International Group and later took on the role of Solutions Engineer at Netacea, starting in September 2024.
