Achav Ron

Achav Ron is an experienced professional in quality management and technical product management, currently serving as the Quality Manager at NETAFIM since March 1997, where leadership of the Hatzerim Quality team is a primary responsibility. Ron also holds the position of HWD Technical Products Manager, overseeing heavy wall integral drip-irrigation pipe product lines, and has expertise as an HWD Extrusion Expert, focusing on training personnel in production procedures across NETAFIM's global sites. Prior experience includes a role as a Database Administrator at NETAFIM and serving as Extrusion Department Manager at Shoval from May 1993 to April 1996, in addition to community leadership within the Kibbutz Shoval community. Ron began the career as a physics teacher at Mevoot Hanegev High School from September 1990 to March 1993. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Quality Management from A.L.D College and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
