Alon Ron

Alon Ron currently serves as the Head of Planning & Budget Control for EMEA at Netafim since July 2022, following roles as Global Inventory Manager and S&OP Processes at ADAMA Ltd. from July 2018 to July 2022. Previously, Alon was the Global Inventory Leader and Global Capacity & Raw Material Leader at Netafim from November 2013 to June 2018. Early in the career, Alon worked at KAMADA from May 2008 to November 2013 in PMO and Production Planning & Control, contributing to the development of biopharmaceutical products. Additionally, Alon held the position of Planning & Costing Manager at Gold & Honey - Almond Group from May 2007 to May 2008 and was the Director of Security at Court Guard from September 2001 to May 2007. Alon holds an Executive MBA in Integrative Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering.
