Arik Pe'Er

Arik Pe'er is an experienced professional in customer support and product management, currently serving as the Global Support Manager at Netafim since September 2024. Previously, Arik held the position of Director of Customer Experience & Product Support at Lightricks, where responsibility included leading a global team and managing strategic operations. Arik has extensive experience in establishing and overseeing technical support operations at IRP Systems and has played key roles in product and project management at Cognata Ltd and Geo Sim Cities. Arik's early career included positions at IAI, Qlipso, Real Dice, and D.P.S.I, showcasing a strong foundation in 3D modeling and animation. Arik holds a degree in User Experience Design from John Bryce and has additional training from Camera Obscura School of Art.
