Elit Hershko

Elit Hershko has a strong background in talent acquisition and mobility, with experience in global companies such as Netafim, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and HP Israel. In their current role as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Employer Brand at Netafim, they are responsible for developing and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy and policies. Elit leads and manages the global talent acquisition team and works closely with stakeholders to promote collaboration. Prior to this, Elit held the position of Teva Head of Global Mobility at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for designing and managing global mobility programs and ensuring a high level of service and employee experience. In their earlier role at HP Israel, they served as the EMEA HR Talent Acquisition, Diversity, and Relocation Manager, leading a team and implementing new strategies to improve processes and meet organizational needs.

Elit Hershko completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Management from Open University between 1995 and 1999. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Elit pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Nonprofit Organizations- the third Sector Management from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
