Gaddiel Suarez

Gaddiel Suarez is the America’s Quality and Opex Director at Netafim, where they lead regional efforts in quality continuous improvements and lean implementation. Previously, Gaddiel served as the Quality Control Manager at Alcom Electronicos de Mexico and held various roles focused on quality management and process improvements at Pentair Water Mexico, Fujitsu Ten de Mexico, and TRW Electronicos. Gaddiel holds a Master’s degree in Quality Systems from the Technological Institute of Superior Studies of Monterrey and has a background in electronic engineering and internal combustion machines technology.
