Isabel Aliaga

Isabel Aliaga is a human resources professional currently serving as the Jefa de Desarrollo Organizacional y Talento at Netafim. With a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Lima, they have extensive experience in various HR areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, internal communications, and employee well-being.
