Max Moldavsky

Max Moldavsky serves as the Director of Innovation and Climate Solutions at Netafim, where responsibilities include spearheading open innovation initiatives and developing climate-related projects focused on carbon and water credits as well as regenerative agriculture. Additionally, Max Moldavsky has been involved in educational roles at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management since February 2022, teaching strategy courses and mentoring groups. Previous experience includes directing strategic projects at Tefen Management Consulting, contributing to the establishment of the Excellence department at Israel Military Industries, and serving in various roles within Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and the Israeli Air Force. Max Moldavsky holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
