Orian Shalev is a Senior Grower and Greenhouse Expert specializing in soilless cultivation, hydroponics, and microgreens at Netafim since 2017. Previously, Orian served as an Agronomist at Yotveta Hydroponic Greenhouse from 2008 to 2011, managing hydroponic operations, and held the position of Manager and Lead Agronomist at Greenhouses between 2007 and 2008, overseeing rose and vegetable production. Orian's earlier experience includes serving as a Farm Manager at Ardom from 2004 to 2006 and as an Agronomist Adviser for Hydroponics at Growponics from 2012 to 2017. Orian earned a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science from the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment at Hebrew University.
