Orit Guterman

Orit Guterman is an experienced strategist with a strong background in corporate strategy and financial technology. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and PMO Management at Netafim since February 2024, Guterman previously held the position of Head of Corporate Strategy at ADAMA Ltd., where responsibilities included defining company strategy and leading global strategic implementation. Prior roles at Bank Hapoalim included SVP positions in Corporate Development and Group Corporate Strategy, focusing on innovative fintech solutions, strategic investments, and corporate strategy formulation. Guterman began a career in the finance sector at Goldman Sachs, advising on credit risk management in mergers and acquisitions.
