Oshrit Asraf

Oshrit Asraf serves as the Head of Netafim's Global Supply Chain, a position held since September 2011, where leadership includes managing a team of four engineers and overseeing global production and inventory planning across 17 production sites and over 30 warehouses. Previously, in the role of Global Supply Planning Manager, responsibilities included leading the supply planning within the global S&OP process. Earlier experience includes serving as an Inventory Planner at Netafim, managing an inventory budget of approximately $150M, implementing inventory management methods, and establishing global definitions for slow inventory. Prior roles at Brand Metal Constructions and Gold & Honey involved oversight of planning, logistics, and ERP system implementation, while the initial career stage included production planning at Bagir Group Ltd. Oshrit Asraf holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
